What I help with
Plan, Execute and Improve
I help founders and leadership teams in semiconductor and deep-tech companies structure Technology, Operations and Business priorities. In the same way bigger companies do.
To profit from the structure, without the drawbacks of big-company bureaucracy; in a 3-step iterative process:
Plan
Define objectives and priorities
Execute
Turn plans into results
Improve
Measure, learn and adjust
The outcome: shared goals, clear first priorities, agreed actions and regular meetings to enable progress.
How I work
Start with the goal. Build progress through an iterative rhythm.
We borrow the processes that work at bigger companies and skip those that don’t work.
The program, and the meeting frequency, is tailored and designed to fit alongside the realities of running your technology company.
Stage 1: Diagnosis
Kick-off workshop
- Understand the business
- Set the vision and the goals
- Diagnose key challenges
- Agree on priorities and actions
Stage 2: Traction
Monthly review
- Review current priorities
- Address obstacles
- Learn and correct actions
Quarterly review
- Review the whole business
- Check whether priorities are still valid
- Choose the next focus
Annual review
- Revisit ambitions and strategy
- Assess the bigger picture
- Set the direction for the year ahead
- After the kick-off, we will meet regularly to ensure progress in the right direction. We will review, improve, plan.
- Technology, Operations or Cash. We focus on the most important issue first; not everything at once. And we iterate.
- The leadership team will build its strategy and execution capabilities by working together regularly.
An additional way to work together
Your External Representative for Customers and Partners in Europe
If your number one priority is increasing visibility in other European countries, I can act as an external representative of your company in Europe, helping you maintain customer and partner relationships and represent your interests in selected meetings, trade fairs and industry events.
How I can support you
Customer & partner relationships
Maintain regular contact with existing customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
Company representation
Represent your company at selected customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events.
Market feedback & insights
Bring customer feedback, local perspectives and relevant market developments back to your team.
Think about it as a fractional partnership, shaped around your markets and your business needs.
My multicultural experience
I have lived and worked in different countries, and I speak Spanish, Catalan, English, German and French.
I currently live in Austria, for 15 years now, and I can help you increase your visibility in the DACH region, and in those markets where your team may not speak the local language and/or know well the working culture.
Nowadays, working in the same language is still as important as meeting your partners face-to-face.
